Both properties are located across from the Colorado State Capitol Building in Denver

These two unique Grant Street buildings have played a part in Denver’s history in their origins. The three-story building at 1370 Grant Street, positioned diagonally across from the Colorado State Capitol Building, was first dedicated on May 14, 1925, to house the Scottish Rite Masonic Center, which currently offers available office space for lease. Its annex, contemporarily adjoined to the south side of the main building, includes a parking garage.

Directly across the street from the State Capitol Building and adjacent to the Scottish Rite Masonic Center is a historic red-brick building at 1410 Grant Street that initially housed the Colorado State legislature members. It was renovated in 1976 into individual and contiguous office suites that are currently available for lease, some with private kitchen and bath. Also available is a community conference room and a beautiful courtyard with chairs and tables for outdoor meetings and events that the tenants can use. Paid parking is available both around the area and in the adjacent parking garage in the 1370 Grant Street Building. A bus route is also nearby.
