Michael Workman

Senior Property Manager

Michael is a Certified Manager of Community Associations as well as an Association Management Specialist. Originally from San Diego California, Michael moved to Georgia with his family in the mid 1980s. After graduating from college, Michael became a police officer where he achieved the rank of Sergeant before starting his career in Real Estate and Community/ Facilities Management.

He has more than 18 years of both community and facilities management experience. Michael has an extensive amount of knowledge in the maintenance and construction industry along with his experience working with community associations. Michael has relocated here to Colorado and is very excited to start this new chapter. 

Margie Mills

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

A Colorado native, Margie has worked in real estate accounting for more than 25 years.

She has been married to her husband for over 30 years and they have 3 grown daughters and a grandson.  She enjoys being outdoors, either in her garden or hiking and photographing our beautiful state.

 

Naomi Fricke

AR SPECIALIST

A native of Colorado, Naomi joined Weststar Management in 2009 as an accounts receivable clerk. Prior to Weststar, Naomi worked as a special needs paraprofessional at Clyde Miller Elementary School. She enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two kids.

Marcie Boxer

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Marcie is a 4th generation Denver native who graduated from Overland High School. She attended Arizona State University and the University of Colorado, Boulder. Marcie has worked in the accounting field since college and has worked at Weststar for 18 years.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, traveling and cooking.

Nikki Kreger

PROPERTY MANAGER

Born in South Dakota, Nikki moved to Colorado when she was three-months-old and has called it her home ever since. She took a brief break from Colorado when she attended college in California. Nikki has worked in all facets of property management for more than 20 years with the majority of those years at Weststar. She has experience in all types of commercial and community management including commercial buildings, single family HOAs, condo complexes, high rises and townhomes. When she isn’t working, Nikki enjoys spending time with her two children and being outdoors.

Scott Dubé

PROPERTY MANAGER

Scott has been a self-motivated asset in his successful management of both commercial and residential real estate properties along the front range.

His expertise in dealing with complex commercial property budgets and financials, including bidding, contract management, lease and conflict resolution has also proven to have been a strength not only for Weststar, but equally for owners and tenants alike.

Scott’s extensive knowledge about multiple facets of commercial management, including landscaping, snow-removal, HVAC systems, store-fronts, roofing, and Triple Net leasing, helps him develop successful relationships with his tenants, owners and vendors to ensuring he provides the highest level of property management services.

Michael Hayutin

PRINCIPAL

As one of the primary principals of Weststar Commercial, Michael has actively been involved in the acquisition and new development of property within the commercial and residential real estate markets. In addition, his expert knowledge and experience in leasing and management has helped Weststar become a recognized leader in the Denver metro commercial real estate market.
Throughout the years, Michael has skillfully taken the lead in identifying, analyzing, developing, and negotiating complex commercial transactions that has placed Weststar as a leader in successfully finding the right solutions for its clients.
Along with his experience in commercial real estate operations and management, Michael is well-versed in both the legal and taxation aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a Concentration in Accounting from Tulane University. He further earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law, as well as a Master of Tax Law (LLM) from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.

Kevin Hayutin

PRINCIPAL

As one of the principals of Weststar Commercial, Kevin has shown a strong dedication toward serving the best interests of his clients, having worked closely with owners, tenants, and brokers alike. His expertise and knowledge in leasing and property management has helped him to attain the highest level of respect from both his peers and his clients.

Kevin brings more than 15 years of experience to the table in all facets of the commercial real estate industry. His hands-on approach in working with both tenants and property owners in management, leasing, and property development has set him apart from the crowd as a competitive player.

As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), Kevin’s expertise in the commercial retail property sectors is unparalleled to many in this complex industry.
